The Answers You Need
HOW MUCH DO YOUR PRODUCTS COST?
All planters/flower pots cost $50 each. Shipping costs $10 for each planter. I am not able to combine shipping since each planter must be shipped separately to ensure that they arrive to you in pristine condition.

All earrings cost $15.00 and the pre-tied headwraps cost $20.00 each
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Currently we do not sell gift cards. Keep checking back. That option may be available soon!
WHAT ARE YOUR PLANTERS MADE OF?Â
All planters/pot holders are made from styrofoam.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently accept payments via PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please also have available your proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mysisterscrown412@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We use USPS Priority Mail as our primary shipping supplier. Our products are packaged securely to ensure that you will receive them in pristine condition. Shipping costs $10 per item. We ship each item individually to ensure the most secure transport.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your items to ship. Each planter is hand made and takes time to create. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.
